Emotions like anger, resentment, jealousy, hate, greed, apathy, grief, fear, shame, regret, and hostility are prevalent in today’s world. While we can’t eliminate these energies entirely, as much as we’d like to, we can learn the art of transforming them.

If we learn to channel these emotions into positive actions, we thus achieve a greater purpose and avoid the path of self-destruction.
