I've been working out with Erick for the past 6 weeks and have seen improvement in my strength and endurance. Erick's unique exercise plan is carefully well-thought out. He starts with an extensive warm-up using controlled breathing techniques, circular joint movements and stretches to avoid injuries. Thereafter, a circuit of strength and endurance exercises to increase the heart rate for four sets with the right amount of rest in between, and then followed by conditioning. For cool down, more controlled breathing exercise. Erick is astute and quick to correct my form. Not only is he very knowledgeable with fitness but he also complements his plan with a nutritional food plan recommendations that make sense. Erick's warm personality, professionalism, and a positive attitude keep me coming back every week. Thank you, Erick!

I have been having a hard time finding a gym I love since my favorite gym closed a few years back. I am really into Muay Thai, jiu-jitsu, and meditation training. I have been looking for something different for some time now because I am tired of the fads and basic gyms. I want to workout, but I want to take care of my body as well. Luckily I ran across a unique and very different gym called House of Attilius. They have three different programs you can choose from. I went and took the Fury and Ice class which was a combination of Muay Thai and Qigong movement. It was fun, challenging, and exciting as I have never experienced anything like it. As a coach, Erick was very patient and knowledgeable. Any questions I had, he was there to answer them. You can tell that he is very passionate about what he does, and doesn't just talk; he walks the walk. Finding a fun and challenging gym is already tricky; on top of having an owner who cares about their clients is rare. I can't wait to take another class.

Erick was excellent at my initial evaluation and quick identification of my strengths and weaknesses. He took the time to listen and build a workout plan with me to suit my extremely busy schedule and medical needs. I love that the workouts link to video guides and I can expect a very quick response to any questions I have. Results are showing already! I can’t tell you enough how great working out at the gym one on one and now using the app help me keep on track. I am exceeding my own expectations! He openly shares his knowledge to help me not just exercise but be a better person and athlete in ways I never thought could help.
