WHAT DO YOU WANT FOR YOURSELF?

When making mindful connections using mindfulness, we awaken the slumbering adventure within ourselves. This will lead us back to what we may feel is being stomped out: our strong hearts and powerful minds.

We are beginning to awaken to the fact that we need to invite positive stimulation of our minds and hearts instead of suppression.

Thus, as we forge ahead on our life’s journey, I pose this question to all of us:

“What do you want for yourself?”

…and start laying our response as the foundation for a richer, more pure life experience.
