Mission Statement

House of Attilius was founded on the concept of “True Victory is Victory Over the Self.” My mission is to assist in the improvement of overall wellness through self-discovery and increased awareness. Through Mindfulness and Mindful Exploration, we seek the benefit of health, longevity, vitality, and enlightenment for humankind and the planet.

MINDFUL EXPLORATIONS

It means embracing a lifestyle which is fueled by endless inspiration through exploration of mindfulness. We will explore ancient philosophies, concepts, and arts to discover what uniquely resonates within each of us. Upon our discoveries, we’ll seamlessly blend these powerful non-disruptive elements into our daily routine with the goal of improved wellness.

True Wisdom comes from intellectual education, physical education, ethical education, and Qi education.

What is my definition of mindfulness?

Mindfulness…

-is a miracle for humanity. It has the power to awaken us to see and feel the beauty of the present moment.

Through mindfulness, we learn to accept everything without reaction or judgment. We will become more inclusive and connected, finding joy and peace in each moment. And we will learn how to bring ourselves back to the present when we feel ourselves beginning to drift.

As we explore and experience the effects of mindfulness, we will be reminded of the precious wonders of life. As well as the powerful limitless potential that exists within us all.

What is my APPROACH TO MINDFUL EXPLORATION?

It’s important to recognize that embracing mindfulness is a unique and personal journey for each of us. And forcing it onto others may create a negative experience and hinder their and future interest and self-growth. In today’s world, this would be a setback.

Thus, it is important to find what resonates with each of us and allow the planted seeds to grow. This will allow us time to take the next steps towards a deeper understanding.

Humanity doesn’t need to experience any more setbacks.

The Goal

Is to inspire others through the mindful exploration of the various practices, theories, and life experiences related to mindfulness. In turn we strive to present these concepts in an understandable and easy to grasp manner. This will make planting the seeds easier, and growth from them easier to apply to our daily lives.

To achieve this, we’ve created the “Mindful Explorations” podcast, which features unique interviews and discussions centered around mindfulness and life. This will be presented in both video and audio presentations.

We will also offer a collection of interactive spiritual adventure journals which blend art and fiction with real life experiences. We will follow the mindful healing journey of a character seeking to process transform their trauma, to heal and awaken their potential.

my message from my experiences thus far

Mindfulness, Awareness, Enlightenment, Martial Arts

Our lives are a journey, and it may take a while to reach our destination. Remember, life is not a sprint, it’s a marathon.

We need to embrace every moment in our lives, even the ones we’d rather forget. Everything, whether we recognize it or not, plays a role in shaping who we are.

Remember that there are no failures, only lessons to be learned and grow from.

Reaching out of our comfort zone, we will be “invited” to meet inspiring people and partake in life changing experiences. People who will help guide and inspire us in profound and subtle ways. Experiences which will impact your life in ways you had never imagined.

We’ll feel the awareness towards our surroundings and inside of us change the way we see and experience life. All of which will take time to manifest. But through inspiration, guidance, and inquisitive persistence, we’ll eventually develop into the humans we were uniquely meant to be.

It’s a beautiful and powerful expressive journey. One that in the end may allow us to find that measure of internal peace we all seek.

It’s called enlightenment.
