WALL: TRAINING BLOCK 1

LESSON STRUCTURE

Building upon our foundation blocks, we have now graduated to learning the different parts of the body which are used as weapons. Each body weapon will be group individually for practice purposes. We will also include training elements from the foundation blocks to incorporate.
