Chinese Medicine has never differentiated between our mind, emotions, and our body. It teaches us that what affects one affects us all.

Martial Guard Stances

We will be taking a systematic approach to learning a martial art, starting with mastering guard positions. These positions will be based on Muay Boran, the predecessor of Muay Thai.

Developing a strong foundation in guard positions will prevent offensive actions by the opponent, while also enhancing stability and balance.

Our lessons will include proper stance and balance, by incorporating elements from Shaolin White Crane exercises. These exercises will add additional martial arts and Qigong concepts to train the body and mind.

As a southern martial art originating in China, White Crane emphasizes training of the wisdom mind and internal strength.

Emotional, Koi Fish, Master Qigong

Our practice will consist of implementing various stages in the identification of emotional trauma. We will establish our foundation by learning about the impact trauma can have on our health and the ways to initiate the healing process.
This will be further integrated into our Lesson Six, which will cover the third stage of treating Trauma: Individual Imbalances.
