This is the 2nd step of required building in our foundation. If you have mastered Block 1 with no remaining issues, then you are free to progress to build another layer on your Block 1 foundation. If not, please go back to Block 1 and work on what you need to.

  1. From Seiza position, various mobility ground work. 
  2. Get Up exercise.
  3. Jot Muay exercise once standing.
  4.  Ma Bu stance training.

DO NOT progress to the next block until you’ve mastered the 4 exercises in this lesson. This is another critical foundation builder.
