TRAINING BLOCK 1

LESSON STRUCTURE

This lesson is required before progressing any further into the martial arts and conditioning aspects.

  1. Learning how to Ground ourselves.
  2. Specific Qigong exercises based on our program goal.
  3. Seiza – Japanese sitting position.
  4. Breathing technique. 

We must be proficient in all 4 areas before moving on any further. This is part of our foundation. A weak foundation will cause what we build after to fail.
