Trauma can range from very mild to extremely debilitating. It can arise from natural disasters, wars, bad accidents, or a personal tragedy.

Wuji + Extreme Emptiness

Wuji, pronounced as woo-chee, is a concept that pertains to emptiness. It is considered as a state of neutrality that helps establish a solid foundation for healthy alignment and Qi flow.

In Extreme Emptiness, we combine the elements of heaven and earth, wherein we cultivate and refine our dantian inner breath.

Prior to engaging in any movement or forms, these stances will be practiced ensuring optimal results.
